The accuracy of Speed Guardian is significantly boosted by MPH’s proprietary distance-measuring technology. Featuring a state-of-the-art, fourth-generation speed sensor, it prevents false speed readings caused by vehicles moving in the opposite direction. Additionally, when integrated with the SpeedView traffic computer, the Speed Guardian provides precise traffic counting capabilities, eliminating the necessity for traditional road tubes.

Designed for effortless installation, the Speed Guardian is fully self-contained and easily attaches to existing poles. It features highly visible, 12-inch digits illuminated by ultra-bright LEDs, ensuring clarity even in direct sunlight. To optimize visibility at night, the LED brightness adjusts automatically. The Speed Guardian can operate using either standard 110 VAC electricity or an optional solar power system.
