Return Policy

Radargunsales.com offers a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after delivery of your on line purchase from Radar Sports to request a return. must and you MUST call Radar Sports at 516-678-1919 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and the address you are to send the product to. You must enclose in writing why the product is to be returned, rather than repaired. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

The RMA # must be displayed on the outside of the package.

Items must be returned in NEW condition, in the original manufacturer packaging material.

All returns are shipped prepaid by the customer, no COD’s are accepted.

WARRANTY returns must be sent directly to the manufacturer

2)  A restocking fee ( 30% ) will be applied to cover our return processing, credit card fees, packing , shipping and other restocking expenses if the product is opened, damaged, or used. We will waive restocking charges for exchanges if a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed for the same or another product from our online selection.
3) The undamaged product must be returned prepaid, safely wrapped and protected from shipping damage, complete with original product packaging and included promotional items and instruction manuals.RADARGUNSALES.COMwill provide a refund for a complete return meeting these terms minus standard, express or international shipping if any, otherwise the refund will be issued based on the condition of the returned product and value of missing items. Please understand we cannot accept goods that are returned incomplete or in obviously “used” condition.
 
4) No product will be accepted back that has been used. If the product is damaged, you must call Radar Sports at 516-678-1919 to authorize a RMA for repair ,which are subject to the manufacturers warranty enclosed with your product. Please state in writing what the reason is for repair and enclose with the product.

5) All Speed Pitch Cage Systems purchases are final – No Exchanges/ No Refunds. This includes : Frame and net , radar equipment, and custom printed vinyl images.

6) Cancellation of Backordered products will result in a 5% cancellation fee.
